In case the customer cannot visit our stores for direct purchase, Howell Strings will arrange shipping via credible logistics partners.

We recommend you take videos of your unboxing process to record any damages incurred during shipping.

Unused products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
