SHIPPING
In case the customer cannot visit our stores for direct purchase, Howell Strings will arrange shipping via credible logistics partners.
- Express shipping: 1-3 days
- Standard shipping: 3-7 days
Note: The above does not include international shipping (if applicable) from our international warehouses)
We recommend you take videos of your unboxing process to record any damages incurred during shipping.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
Unused products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
